Design Development

Collect pre-construction deposit  
Complete required site testing
Begin permitting process
Onboard client to project management portal 
Develop scope, timeline, & plans with design team
Walkthrough project site with trade partners
Develop priced fixture selection list
Revise preliminary budget based on design decisions
Submit permit application to city

Construction Documentation

Finalize architectural plans
Finalize detailed plans and elevations  
Walk through the project with subcontractor teams
Complete fixture and finish selections
Establish payment draw schedule based on milestones

Procurement and Scheduling

PM and coordinator order materials
Finalize construction schedule
Share schedule and updates through the portal
Warehouse any received materials for safekeeping

Project Execution

Hold weekly client coordination meetings
Involve the design team in meetings as required

Coordinate all trade and city inspections

Wrap Up

Conduct final walk-through
