Beau B.

President

Beau came to Elton R Construction after a 25-year career in tech building companies. He graduated from Stanford University and holds an MBA with Distinction from Kellogg at Northwestern University. When not working, he loves to ski, cycle, backpack, play tennis or just run with his dog.

Matt O.

Vice President

Matt collaborates with clients and trade partners in developing project budgets and taking designs from concept to reality. He’s a Colorado native and CU Alumni with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Matt enjoys cheering on the Buffaloes and attempting to keep up with his two young boys.

Emeri M.

Senior Operations Manager

Emeri is our Senior Operations Manager. With a background in SAAS and building processes for start-ups, she is the conveyor of information and connector of awesomeness. Outside of work you can find her being a coffee scholar, dog wrangler, and refinishing furniture on the weekends.

Rhiannon P.

Controller

Rhiannon was born and raised in Southern California, before moving to Colorado to raise her family. She brings a wealth of experience from property management, hospitality, and construction accounting. She devotes time outside of work to animal rescue and organ donation, as well as spending time with her family and dogs

Mike L.

Project Manager

Michael moved to Colorado 25 years ago. Previously, he owned and operated a successful residential construction company for 12 years. He also has experience designing and building commercial facilities which gives him a wealth of experience in overseeing building operations. When not working, Mike pursues his creative side, building lights and other creations from from repurposed material. He also enjoys spending time with his family taking advantage of all Colorado has to offer.

Tom P.

Project Manager

Tom grew up working on construction sites with his father in Connecticut.  This sparked from an early age a passion for carpentry and the home building process.  He progressed through the trades from a general laborer into a project manager for a local luxury home builder while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Western Connecticut State University.  Tom takes a hands-on approach to managing his projects and takes great pride in bringing customers' dreams to life.  Outside of work you can find Tom out in the woods hiking and camping with his two dogs.

Conor L.

Estimator & Project Manager

Conor joined a roofing team at age 15 in Upstate New York and quickly graduated to building houses. In 2014, he moved out to Boulder.  Conor enjoys helping clients make their home dreams into reality. When not at work, he loves snowboarding, dirt biking, and charging the mountain with his dog.

Sadie Beck

Canoodle - Construction Doodle

Sadie brings a ready wag and calm disposition to the office every day, keeping everybody chill even when things get hectic.  On the personal side, Sadie is a tireless advocate for workplace siestas punctuated by brisk walks around the block.

ERC is a member of the Colorado Green Building Guild and has partnered with Resource Central to maximize the reuse and recycling of materials taken off jobs. The company is also transitioning its vehicles to Hybrid SUVs with triple the MPG of traditional work trucks. These environmentally sound efforts have yielded positive results for the company, its clients and the environment.
